A New Year for New Hires and Promotions Announcements

As we move forward into 2021, we can’t help but look back and be most grateful for our amazing team that pulled together to get us to this new year.  We are so excited to start the year off right with news about our team additions and promotions!

We have been blessed with new TMP family members to our architecture team in the past two years.  Check out our team page for some fun facts, but we want to add a little introduction to feature these amazing additions that have already been hard at work and making a big impact on our practice.  And as we all hopefully transition back to the workplace, we can’t wait to keep growing together!

  • Cheyenne completed her Masters of Architecture this year from the University of Cincinnati this year, and after co-oping with us decided to make TMP her new work family.
  • Kody joins our healthcare practice, and with a background as an EMT, he really understands the clinical practice. He sees our frequent site visits as the perfect opportunity to learn from peers and see our amazing designs in action.
  • John was lucky enough to have our principal team flipping pancakes for employee appreciation on his first day! Since then, he’s jumped in on healthcare projects and the design committee as well as pursuing his license.
  • Sammi moved from Florida to join our Nashville office, and has worked on several behavioral health projects. She’s also lending her high spirits to our Diversity Committee.
  • Shahrooz comes to the team with his Masters in Healthcare Architecture from Clemson, motivated by our warmer climate to move from Boston. Even though he started while our team was remote, he’s hard at work on several hospital projects.
  • Nick has worked on a handful of healthcare projects so far, and claims the best TMP times are at the Holiday Party! A fast-learner, he is quickly taking our rendered environments to the next level for clients!

And speaking of big impact, the TMP team has celebrated three promotions to Senior Associate and two new Associate additions.  These exemplary folks have gone above and beyond and rose to the challenge of 2020 to continue to push our practice.
