Anthony Catalano embraces total team collaboration to produce the best results for clients, projects, and the communities they serve. A leader on the TMP Healthcare team and manager of the Florida office, Anthony brings a unique understanding of Florida’s communities, regulations, and agencies to the firm. He graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1994 and from the University of Florida in 1998, joining TMP later the same year. Throughout his time with TMP, Anthony has focused his experience on notable healthcare projects including Capital Regional Medical Center, Brandon Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Department, and South Bay Hospital’s patient tower.

Curtis Coleman is motivated by a desire to help his clients succeed. He joined TMP in 1997 after graduating from the University of Kentucky and became a principal in 2010. Throughout his career, Curtis has demonstrated his expertise in healthcare planning and design on projects throughout the Southeast. He is driven by the opportunity to work on projects that positively impact communities and values the collaborative team nature of the TMP design approach.

Drew Underwood loves the dynamic complexity of hospital projects. A leader on the healthcare team, Drew joined TMP after graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2002 and became a principal in 2011. Throughout his time with TMP, Drew has worked on projects at prominent healthcare facilities including Siloam Springs Regional Medical Center and Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland. He is excited to see the company grow along with the talents and passions of the TMP team.

JP Cowan leads the commercial practice for TMP. He is passionate about mixed-use developments and helping his clients create places of high energy that meet today’s market demands. He has led notable projects in Williamson County focusing on placemaking to create vibrant “suburban-urban” developments such as Hill Center Brentwood, McEwen Northside, and Canteen on Carothers. JP draws on his diversity of past experience with TMP including large projects in healthcare and higher education, demonstrating how architecture can improve people’s lives.

JP is passionate about the growth and success of TMP while advocating for and mentoring others. He is actively involved in the community and is a graduate of Leadership Brentwood Class of 2017. He has spoken at several engagements in the Southeast about suburban development and Hill Center Brentwood as a case study for success.

Jeff Earwood brings a unique perspective to TMP's team through his commitment to clients in the public sector. Jeff joined the firm in 2005 and has since built a portfolio of work with prominent agencies including Nashville International Airport, Metro Nashville Public Schools, Metro Nashville Department of General Services including police and fire departments, Williamson County Government, and the State of Tennessee. He also serves as an advocate for the architectural profession through his involvement with the AIA. Jeff understands that TMP’s clients and project diversity are essential to the firm’s success and values TMP’s dedication to client satisfaction.

Josh Stewart has more than 20 years of healthcare design experience with a strong focus on healthcare facility planning. He has led planning and design efforts for multiple healthcare organizations across the country including master plans, service-line-specific planning, and large-scale design projects. 

Reid Zwickel believes that people are any project's greatest asset. He joined TMP in 2001 after graduating from the University of New Mexico and became a principal in 2011. Reid's primary focus is TMP's day-to-day operations including financial and risk management. He is involved in healthcare planning and design projects as well, bringing more than 20 years of experience ranging from small renovations to new replacement hospitals. Reid is proud of TMP's outstanding client relationships and impressive projects.

Rich McNeil is enthusiastic about coming to work each day. A 2003 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Rich actively increases project diversity within the TMP portfolio, focusing on government and higher-education facilities. He also guides the internal operations and technical QA/QC teams. Throughout his time with the firm, Rich has worked on prominent projects including the Tennessee State Library and Archives, office buildings at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Hill Center Brentwood, the Tennessee Army National Guard Headquarters, the Nashville Federal Courthouse, and other State of Tennessee and higher education projects. A husband and father of two young children, he enjoys traveling with his family, participating in outdoor activities, and anything Cleveland sports! Rich enjoys the family community of the TMP team and looks forward to the firm’s continued involvement in shaping the built environment of Nashville and beyond.
