The Design Solution
The City Hall renovation included floor-to-ceiling finish upgrades on the first and second floors, restroom and locker room upgrades to improve accessibility, updated reception desk and security measures, and new conference and break rooms. TMP also helped design updates to the existing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

The Design Impact
Employees and visitors now have a fresh, modern look, as the renovation provided a much-needed update to the original 1980s building. The facility remained open and operational throughout construction.
