First Tennessee Bank Office Buildout
The Challenge
Various departments of First Tennessee Bank were segmented into different offices across the Middle Tennessee region. The company decided to relocate all departments to a central office in Building A of Hill Center Brentwood. TMP designed a new space to create a cohesive, consolidated workspace.

The Design Solution
TMP made sure the design of First Tennessee’s buildout coordinated with the finishes of the shell building (also designed by TMP) while maintaining the company’s corporate aesthetic. We worked closely with the furniture vendor to ensure glass privacy walls and systems workstations would be spaced out appropriately throughout the floor plan.
The space also includes a variety of technology and work areas, a large break area and café, and solutions for maximized daylight.
