First Tennessee Bank Office Buildout
The Challenge
With departments split into different offices across Middle Tennessee, First Tennessee Bank felt disjointed. To help with communication and efficiency, the bank decided to consolidate to a central office in Building A of Hill Center Brentwood, and TMP helped create a cohesive, collaborative workspace.

The Design Solution
TMP designed the buildout with the finishes of the shell building (also designed by TMP) while maintaining the company’s corporate aesthetic and brand. We worked closely with the furniture vendor to ensure glass privacy walls and workstations would be spaced out appropriately throughout the office and placed the workstations near windows for daylight.
The space also includes a variety of technology and work areas, a large break area and café and lots of natural light with views of the surrounding hills.
