The Design Solution
We wanted our new office to reflect TMP's brand, mission, and values, giving people a place that encourages connection and collaboration. The office needed to be a space where people wanted to come to work.
During the design process, we came up with five driving concepts: activity-based spaces, branding integration, a community-centric café, biophilia, and personal control and comfort.
We prioritized creating varied work zones that cater to different tasks. For example, the café is an energetic spot to gather for socialization, while the deep focus room is meant for heads-down concentration. Each employee has a designated workspace, but there’s lots of variety to collaborate.
As TMP has grown and matured, so has our style. The office interiors encompass the sophistication of our designs and focus on natural materials like leather, polished concrete, and marble. The vibe is industrial chic with a touch of hospitality.
The Design Impact
Other than at home, the office is often where people spend the most time. We wanted to acknowledge that and design a space that offers comfort, community, and improved efficiency to complete tasks in whatever way is best for employees.
