We are excited to welcome three new talented, Emerging Professional team members to our architectural staff.

Mat Smith (middle) hails from Little Rock, AK and received his undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas, Little Rock. He worked in the construction industry for seven years before heading to University of Tennessee for his Masters in Architecture. We are happy that he and his wife, Callie, made the move to join us here in Nashville.

Robert Hoover (right), a Nashville native, joins us after graduating Tulane with a 5 year Masters in Architecture. While at Tulane, he studied abroad in Rome and minored in Real Estate Development.

Grant Joerger (left) comes to us from Memphis after receiving his Bachelors of Architecture at University of Tennessee. He also spent some of his studies abroad in Finland and served with the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
