The Design Solution
The design of TMP’s office was a joint effort, with all members of the firm working in teams to develop ideas and gather intel on what employees wanted out of the workspace.
Concepts included both public and private workspaces, an increased number of group collaboration spaces, and lots of daylight. An expanded break area and café allowed team members to relax and socialize.
At the heart of the office, a large, open workspace promotes teamwork, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas central to TMP’s design philosophy. Bright pops of red throughout emphasize the brand.
