The Way We Work: Integrating our Brand
Over the last several years, TMP has experienced tremendous growth and meaningful change, and in 2024, saw an opportunity to better reflect that evolution through a thoughtful brand update. We wanted to showcase our strong reputation with a refreshed logo, website, color scheme, and other branding elements that celebrate spaces we create, clients we design them for, and the people who make it happen.
When we moved to our new office at McEwen Northside, incorporating that brand was a major priority. This is our home, so building our identity into the design was a must — reinforcing our values and culture.
One of the most significant changes was our company logo. In our previous office, our logo lived as a graphic applied to the glass entry – an expression that reflected an early stage chapter of the firm.
At McEwen Northside, we designed a prominent stone wall at the office’s entrance with the new logo literally etched within it. This signifies permanence and reminds us of the strong identity we’ve built. It’s subtle, but powerful.
As part of the refresh, we updated our color palette, adding some accent colors that lent themselves well to our design. Natural materials like leather and stone incorporated the new brand colors and brighter pops, like our signature red, were used for small details in pillow fabric, artwork, and in carpet patterning. The result is a balanced, layered environment that feels both refined and distinctly TMP.
We also revisited and clarified our company values during the rebrand. A central theme is our commitment to always taking a people-first approach, with both our clients and team. The design relied heavily on this value, focusing on what our people need to do their best work, including activity-based spaces, a space to connect with each other, personal comfort, and elements for wellness. We focused on a comfortable, hospitality-based design that accurately represents our culture.
