Block E is the next phase in the McEwen Northside development in Franklin, Tennessee. It consists of four buildings including a nine-story, 293,000-square-foot office over retail, 915-space parking deck, 23,600-square-foot liner building, and bridge connector. The high-rise office building is the tallest in the complex and is designed with a concrete frame. The second floor includes a digital showroom area that juts out from the main tower, sitting on top of a first-floor restaurant. There are also lobbies on both the first and second floors, with the first floor being a through lobby that can be used by the public. The office space at McEwen Block E is the future home for TMP once complete.
